Overview Organic architecture as presented by Frank Lloyd Wright consisted of three elements - the client's needs, the site, and an unique blend of his talents to create a workable structure that enhanced the site, including the use of materials. As the topic develops, we shall see that the materials selected were what made much of Mr. Wright's architecture stand out from that of other designers - that the variety of materials incorporated into his designs was by far broader in scope than those used by most architects, and yet, were used in such a manner that simplicity was emphasized. |
