SAMARA Living and Dining Rooms
Great Variety of Colors Punctuated with Cherokee Red
Wright's Dominant Red Color

The Taliesin red concrete floors are still the predominate color both inside and outside the house consisting of a brilliant version of Wright's favorite color like the Cherokee red in his famous signature, a red colored square. Wright's logo is found on many things including the SAMARA entrance gate, pole lights, books, drawings and plans, as well as on his colored building renditions.

Wright's dominant red color punctuates and emphasizes the great variety of colors in the living room including the more neutral wood furnishings and walls of Philippine mahogany, upholstered chairs, gold carpet, brick, drapes and especially the SAMARA rug.
