SAMARA's Natural Environment
Wright's Organic Architecture

At the core of Frank Lloyd Wright's architecture, lies his organic principles. The notion that the building should rise from its site as if grown there by Nature, and that the site should be better off for it having been built.

That which Nature has grown outside of the house should be brought inside, and what is inside should be allowed to grow out.

That it should be positioned on its site to take the best possible advantage of natural lighting, and that at night, the light should be as much like the day as it can be, or even better.
