We kept pictures of Dr. Christian in our classroom and of our fieldtrip to remember certain features and characteristics of SAMARA and the architecture of Frank Lloyd Wright. |

The process we used to create the pillow designs is called "Paste Batik". In the classroom, we made full-size drawings from the sketches we made from Nature. As artists, we colored our individual abstractions with crayons and markers for contrast and beauty. |
