SAMARA ART PROJECT
Pillow Designs
Inspired by Artistic Expressions of Frank Lloyd Wright
OTTERBEIN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

The Kids Get Immersed in Nature
Sketching Near the Terrace "Lost" among SAMARA's lush foliage, Sam gets close-up views of the copper fascia and decorative poles on the terrace wall. The brilliant fall colors provide vivid images to create pillow covers with SAMARA designs.
Sketching Near the SAMARA Entrance Sitting on a large rock adjacent to the SAMARA entrance, Brad and Aaron sketch shapes of the SAMARA gate and lights. The red square, denoting that SAMARA is the work of Frank Lloyd Wright, provides a simple, yet meaningful design for a pillow cover.
