SAMARAQuest
1   How do you determine the worth of the house and each item?

In some instances, Frank Lloyd Wright chose something from Nature on the building site to design a logo for the House and to name it. In the case of SAMARA, Mr. Wright chose the evergreen trees which produce pine cones.

The pine cones of evergreen trees in turn yield tiny winged seeds which are named SAMARA. Thus, the name of your team, Winged Seeds is an excellent choice.

The worth of SAMARA has never been specifically determined since it is not for sale. Furthermore, it is not intended that SAMARA will ever be for sale.

As a matter of interest, however, other similar Wright designed homes on the market range in value from $550,000 to 1.65 million dollars.

All of the individual items in the House have been inventoried and valued by a qualified architectural historian. These inventories describe each item in detail, give the history, contain a photograph, and estimate the market value.
